Streamline Your Real Estate Business
AI tools that automate the busywork so you can focus on what matters - building relationships and closing deals.
Hey everyone,
Longtime agent here (12 years, mostly residential). I'll be honest — I was super skeptical about AI tools for the first couple years. Felt like another tech buzzword that would fade away.
But I finally gave in about 18 months ago and... I'm converts. Use AI daily now. Want to hear what's working for others.
My current stack (what I actually pay for and use):
- **ChatGPT Plus** ($20/mo) — Use it for everything. Listing drafts, email templates, CMA summaries, you name it. Not for everything, but first drafts are way faster.
- **Canva Pro** ($13/mo) — Property flyers look professional now. No design skills needed.
- **Loom** ($15/mo) — Video messages to clients instead of phone calls. Game changer.
- **Notion** ($10/mo) — Keep my entire business organized. Leads, transactions, all of it.
- **Claude** ($20/mo) — Better for longer writing tasks than ChatGPT. Market reports, etc.
Not using any of the expensive CRMs with AI features yet — anyone have experience with those?
Genuine questions:
- What AI tools are you actually paying for and using consistently?
- What has NOT been worth it?
- Anyone using AI for lead gen specifically? What's working there?
- Any good free tools I'm missing?
I see a lot of blog posts about "AI for real estate" but they're usually written by people who don't actually do this job. Looking for real-world experience.
Hope this doesn't come across as promotional — not trying to sell anything. Just genuinely curious what the community's experience has been.
EDIT: Wow, this got more responses than I expected. For those asking — I use Canva Pro most for listing flyers and social media graphics. The Magic Design feature is what I use most. Loom is great for out-of-town buyers who can't make showings — I record video tours and send them the link.
Also, to answer the obvious question — no, I'm not affiliated with any of these tools. Just a regular agent who got tired of spending 2 hours writing listing descriptions.
